Saks brings with it luxury personal shopping, and styling services through the Fifth Avenue Club, for both local customers and Bowie House guests, according to a release.
The Fifth Avenue Club Fort Worth itself, is an extension of the luxury retailer’s existing Fifth Avenue Clubs, which have historically been housed within Saks Fifth Avenue stores and provide customers with the highest level of personalized service.
The Fifth Avenue Club Fort Worth offers personal shopping and styling services, in addition to one-of-a-kind trunk shows, jewelry showcases, and other unique shopping experiences by appointment only.
Adding to the “New West” in Fort Worth’s buzzing Cultural District, the Fifth Avenue Club offers skilled personal stylists that provide clients with expertly curated merchandise selections. This spans across all categories from a specific client’s style preferences, from clothing and accessories, to shoes and fine jewelry. The new concept utilizes Saks’ unparalleled luxury lifestyle assortment available across the Saks Fifth Avenue ecosystem, with stylists presenting merchandise from both Saks.com and Saks Fifth Avenue stores during client appointments.
Through the Fifth Avenue Club’s new format, clients can connect with a Saks stylist for an initial consultation in-person, at the Fifth Avenue Club suite at Bowie House, or virtually to discuss style preferences, wardrobe needs, sizing, and designer preferences. The Saks stylist will then curate a personal selection of merch for each client from nearby Saks Fifth Avenue stores, which will be delivered to the styling suite and presented during each client’s appointment. If a client isn’t completely satisfied with their purchase, the Fifth Avenue Club Fort Worth also features digital touchpoints allowing them to seamlessly browse and shop on Saks.com should they require an alternative size, color, or style.
