The River Ranch Stockyards in Fort Worth came alive on Sept. 27 as approximately 200 guests gathered for a truly delectable evening at the March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction. The event featured an impressive lineup of 12 talented chefs who brought their culinary prowess to the forefront, delighting attendees with an array of signature dishes that included exotic Kangaroo, the rich flavors of Bistecca marsala, indulgent quail mac and cheese bites, and the unforgettable smoked rosewood wagyu beef, among other culinary delights. Beyond the exceptional gastronomic experiences, the evening achieved something truly remarkable, as it raised over $120,000 in support of maternal and infant healthcare right here in Fort Worth. The event was expertly led by the accomplished Chef Ben Merritt of Fitzgerald, hosted by the esteemed Dr. Hevil Shah from Pediatrix, and featured the engaging auctioneer, Jason Lamoreux. The evening's emcee, Doug Renfro of Renfro Foods, guided guests through an unforgettable night of culinary magic and charitable giving.
