Neiman Marcus isn't looking so lonely anymore. The Shops at Clearfork is opens Thursday, with a full weekend of opening activities planned through Saturday.
The 500,000-square-foot plaza, located off Chisholm Trail Parkway between Hulen Street and Bryant Irvin Road, is expected to have about 100 upscale retailers once completed. Thirty-two tenants will be open by the end of September, according to Kathleen Shields, vice president of development at Simon, which is spearheading the project with Cassco Development Co. By the holidays, 44 tenants will be open, with the office component and entertainment options like AMC Theatres and Pinstripes following in 2018.
The two-level, 90,000-square-foot Neiman Marcus was among Clearfork's first tenants, open since February. Among other tenants now open are Louis Vuitton, Tory Burch, home store Z Gallerie, men's clothing store Mizzen+Main and a Tesla Motors gallery.
