A decidedly chic boutique hotel is now in Granbury, just steps away from Historic Granbury Square and Lake Granbury City Beach Park.
Hotel Lucy — owned by Granbury native Vicki Nivens, who also owns the Hard Eight BBQ restaurant mini-chain, The N at Hardway Ranch event venue, and Granbury Flower and Gifts. — opened this month at 530 East Pearl St. The approximately three-acre property features 13 rooms ranging in themes from farmhouse to French "maison."
Rooms are located within three houses: Big Lucy (seven rooms, a full chef style kitchen, lounge, and dining area), Little Lucy (four rooms with a kitchenette and living area as the common space), and The Vivi (a two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath house with a living room and full kitchen).
The hotel also has a resort-style pool, outdoor living spaces, an outdoor kitchen, and a turfed courtyard with lawn games.
