Last week, Architectural Digest helped Yolanda Hadid, mother of supermodels Bella and Gigi, and musician Anwar Hadid, reveal her new digs. Set in the backdrop of a densely forested area near some kind of body of water (our money's on the Brazos River), Hadid brought the camera crews in to view her and her partner Joseph Jingoli’s new custom-built home.
For over six years Hadid and Jingoli have been pining over their very own Texan dream refuge, building it from the ground up, which features a mix of industrial and modern motifs. The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star designed the home herself to convey a ranch aesthetic using reclaimed wood throughout the home to give it a rustic feel.
“I want people to be able to come in and wear their cowboy boots,” she told AD. “I’m not going to worry about mud on the floors. It had to be casual. I wanted to use a lot of organic materials because there’s something about cowboy culture that feels organic to me—going back to the earth.”
Yolanda is the second Hadid to hang her hat in Texas. Last year, her daughter Bella was spotted all over Fort Worth, even competing in a few cutting horse competitions. In April, Bella told Allure Magazine that she moved to Texas after stepping away from the modeling world. Bella has also been linked with cutting horse champ Adan Banuelos out of Weatherford. Since then, it seems Bella’s mother also took a shine to Fort Worth now that she’s all in on a newly built horse-shoe shaped ranch home herself.
The home was built by a company called Molteni, out of Italy. “They just do extraordinary work. I just love the simplicity and the modern lines of their work. I love all the glass and the wood. I wanted something that went all the way from the floor to the ceiling, just so I have also faces to decorate,” she said.
Floor-to-ceiling windows reveal an amazing backdrop of a river just off of the main living area covered by an awning. Inside, Yolanda had rustic woods and modern industrial elements blended together to create a sense of calm.
"My overall vision for this house was industrial, modern, relaxed, enjoying life, put your boots up on the table and not worry about anything, and just enjoy this beautiful Texas,” she said. “I just love the culture, the people are extraordinary, and we've built such a beautiful community, and I just feel [at] home here.”
The kitchen boasts a large island that can seat the entire family for get-togethers or holiday parties. A large fireplace extends into the ceiling surrounded by a series of illuminated shelves that show off some of Yolanda’s favorite books and crystals she’s collected over the years.

There’s even a floor-to-ceiling honey bar, which is a nod to Jingoli, who has been sober for years.
“My partner Joey is 39 years sober,” she said. “First, I wanted to do a tequila bar, but that wouldn’t be appropriate in our home. So instead, I did a honey bar. I like to collect different honeys from wherever we travel.”
As for rooms, this house has many including a high-end mud room that could double for a nice western-wear store, with built-in shelving for hats, boots, and riding gear. There’s even a wooden church bench, along with antique bridles and saddles to make everything look like it was always there.
For the grandkids, or kid in this matter, Yolanda has also built a bunk bedroom especially for her granddaughter Khai and any future grandkids, she says. In the main suite, there’s a full-size stone fireplace, a large window where Yolanda can catch a glimpse of the water, and a state-of-the-art en suite. This section of the house boasts double vanities, a shared glassed-in shower, and a stone tub that Yolanda designed herself.
And don’t forget about Hadid’s walk-in “dream closet.” This section of the house features custom wood and glass shelving from floor to ceiling with chairs for hanging out.
“I've been on the job site every day, building this house, working with my incredible crew from Texas, and it was a beautiful experience,” she said. “I've been dreaming of this my whole life, and I finally put it together.”
