It’s no secret that the Dallas Cowboys know all about beef, what with big guys in the trenches making things work on the field. So, a barbecue festival hosted by the team’s arena is a natural choice.
The Miller LiteHouse Q BBQ Fest, which brings in top-tier pitmasters for an annual world-class barbecue festival, this year is coming to the home of the Cowboys, AT&T Stadium, Nov. 4–6.
“Nobody knows barbecue like Texas, and we can’t wait to host the finest cooks from across the country right here in our backyard,” Stephen Jones, chief operating officer of the Dallas Cowboys, says in a statement. “We’re thrilled to bring this event to Arlington and can’t think of a better fit for Miller LiteHouse to give local BBQ fans an immersive experience that they haven’t gotten here yet.”
The Cowboys are off that weekend for their scheduled bye.
There will be more than 10 pitmasters throughout the country, including Texas and will be smoking 30,000 pounds of brisket, chicken, pulled pork, and ribs. The festival will include barbecue tutorials, live entertainment, and family-friendly activities.
General admission passes are $15, valid for a full-day entry for all the finger-licking barbecue.
