Bird Café embarks on a new family tradition opening on Christmas Day at 5pm for a celebratory 4-course prix fixe menu crafted by Chef David McMillan.
Entree offerings include Roasted Half Duck with sweet potato pudding, creamed collards and cranberry pickle; Smoked Water Sea Scallops with crispy rice, grilled Japanese eggplant and tomato ginger broth; Texas Bourbon Braised Chicken with winter roots and homestead grits and Beef Wellington served with braised endives, black truffle and beef bone glacé.
Cost is $55 per person exclusive of tax, gratuity and beverages.
