If Shiner braised beef served on a homemade tortilla is your idea of a great meal while hanging out with friends and family, then Birdie's Social Club located at 2736 W. 6th Street, has you covered. This is just one of many new seasonal menu options Birdie’s will be offering to attendees this week. This new seasonal menu includes some mouth-watering Texas classics, with choices of sides and starters.
Guests can enjoy Texas-sized quesadillas with a side of house-made jalapeno sour cream, or tacos topped with freshly made pico and grated Tillamook cheese. Little Texans can enjoy a chicken slider with Texas pickles on a potato bun, a chicken taco topped with delicious queso fresco, or a quesadilla filled with creamy Tillamook cheese. All youngster meals are served with a choice of fresh apples or crinkle fries.
For the adults, a new list of cocktails will be served including the new, bourbon-based ‘Western Breeze’, a pitcher of peach-infused sangria called ‘Georgia’s Got a Punch’, or new tropical Mimosa flights.
“When guests visit Birdie’s, they’ll be welcomed with a warm smile and an ice-cold drink,” says Ramon Ramirez in a release. “Because there ain’t no hospitality like Texas hospitality. Everyone is welcome here. So, come on down, grab yourself a bite with the family, hang out and enjoy a cocktail or three with friends, catch the game, or even drop by to enjoy one of the live music events we’ve got lined up on Friday and Saturday nights.”
