1, 12-ounce package fresh cranberries
1 cup sugar
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Toss together cranberries and sugar on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake five minutes.
- Remove from oven and use a flat spatula to toss cranberries, covering them with melted sugar.
- Bake another two minutes.
- Remove from oven, stir gently and allow to cool. Place on top of cheesecake.
