The first Fort Worth location of Dimassi’s Mediterranean Buffet will soon open in the building that previously housed the Black-eyed Pea for decades at 6357 Camp Bowie Blvd. Construction is currently underway, and the restaurant aims to be open by mid-January.
The family-owned and operated restaurant currently operates 17 locations in the state in Houston, Austin, San Antonio, McAllen and Dallas. The lunch buffet runs $12.92, while the dinner buffet is only slightly more at $13.85. Guests can also swing through the line and pack up meals to-go for $7.99 per pound.
The selection is vast, presenting most of your favorite Mediterranean appetizers, like grape leaves and falafel, seven dips including four hummus variations and even five different rice dishes.
Meet all your vegetarians and vegans friends here, who will have no trouble filling a plate with everything from roasted cauliflower to Dimassi’s special eggplant roasted in a pomegranate molasses and olive oil.
Those living the keto lifestyle can choose from many white fish, gyro, lamb, beef and chicken dishes. The meats are even prepared in accordance with Muslim halal regulations (halal means “permissible” in Arabic), and Dimassi’s has plenty of gluten-free options as well.
