Late-night baked good delivery is Insomnia Cookies' claim to fame.
Insomnia Cookies has been softly open at Crockett Row at West 7th, but Friday marks the grand opening of the bakery chain made famous for its after-midnight cookie delivery.
The shop, located at 825 Currie St., will have grand opening specials from 11 a.m. to 3 a.m. An in-store happy hour will take place from 6 p.m. to close, offering classic cookies and a scoop of ice cream for $2, along with a milk pong challenge, gifts, giveaways, and more. Loyalty members also get one free cookie in store all day.
This is the second Fort Worth location for Insomnia Cookies, which also has a shop on West Berry Street near TCU. Menu offerings include classics like chocolate chunk, sugar, and snickerdoodle, as well as deluxe flavors like chocolate peanut butter cup, s'mores, and salted caramel. Brownies, cakes, and ice cream round out the rest of the menu, alongside vegan and gluten-free options.
The shop's delivery area includes Sundance Square, the Cultural District, and other surrounding neighborhoods. Insomnia Cookies also ships nationwide.
Hours are Monday – Wednesday, 11 a.m. – 1 a.m.; Thursday – Friday, 11 a.m. – 3 a.m.; Saturday, noon – 3 a.m.; and Sunday, noon – 1 a.m.
