The restaurant group behind Cane Rosso is bringing another Italian-American concept to Fort Worth, this time on Hulen Street.
Zoli's is set to open at 3501 Hulen St., serving New York-style pizza, pasta and Italian dishes by Long Island-born chef Lee Hunzinger.
Supine Development is the developer of the project. This is Zoli's second location; the original is in Addison.
Behind the restaurant is Jay Jerrier, founder of Fort Worth-Dallas-based restaurant group PILF, which opened Cane Rosso on West Magnolia Avenue in 2014. The group is also behind soft serve ice cream shop Cow Tipping Creamery, and the Fort Worth Zoli's location will feature a Cow Tipping Creamery ice cream window, so guests can order from the restaurant patio.
“We love Fort Worth and think Zoli's and Cow Tipping Creamery have the perfect vibe for the area," Jerrier said in a statement. "While Cane Rosso has its distinct style and concept, guests will experience something completely different from us with Zoli's.”
Zoli's is expected to open spring 2019.
