Grapevine's Harvest Hall
Six kitchens, two bars, a coffee shop, and entertainment space all make up one soon-to-be-bumpin' new venue in Historic Downtown Grapevine.
Harvest Hall is expected to open Jan. 30, directly in front of Grapevine's new TEXRail, at 815 S. Main St. The venue is part of the $114 million Grapevine Main development, which also includes the 120-room Autograph Collection hotel, Hotel Vin.
Food options at Harvest Hall include Arepa TX (a fast-casual restaurant specializing in Latin American corn cakes, or arepas), Chick & Biscuit (a Southern concept specializing in, as the name suggests, chicken and biscuits), Easy Slider (gourmet sliders made with Certified Angus Beef), Monkey King Noodle Co. (the fourth location of the Dallas-based eatery, which serves Northern Chinese street food like noodles and dumplings), Spuntino by Loveria (an Italian concept serving classic pastas and meat dishes), and — last but not least — ZaTaR (the brick-and-mortar iteration of the popular Fort Worth food truck).
Fort Worth will have another presence in the food hall with Dough Boy Donuts — the gourmet doughnut shop that first opened on Camp Bowie Boulevard before moving to Burleson — served at Harvest Hall's Main Line Coffee Bar. Main Line will carry additional local fare as well, like Azucar Ice Cream out of Bishop Arts and pastries from Grapevine bistro Chez Fabien.
Harvest Hall will also present live music at Third Rail, a listening room-style entertainment space that includes indoor seating along with an outdoor patio. The venue plans to host a "monthly takeover" in which one of the kitchen partners presents a coursed meal that includes wine, whiskey, or tequila during a show.
Ahead of its opening, Harvest Hall debuted a new mural honoring the city of Grapevine. Created by local artist Haylee Ryan, the mural depicts the city's history in seven different vignettes. The final illustration — a painting of longtime Mayor William D. Tate and his father, Golden (who was also Grapevine's mayor from 1948 – 1952) — was presented as a surprise to Mayor Tate on Thursday.
