Four words: Chocolate. Cream. Cheese. Bread.
Global bakery chain 85°C Bakery and Cafe is hosting its Fort Worth grand opening this weekend at 628 Harrold St., inside the Left Bank development.
The celebration starts Friday with 10-cent medium, hot and iced coffees while supplies last. Through Sunday, customers will also receive a free 85°C tote bag with any purchase, and those who spend $20 or more will receive a mug.
85°C Bakery and Cafe — named after the supposed temperature that best holds the flavor of coffee — has opened over 1,000 locations worldwide since its start in 2008. The menu consists of coffee drinks brewed with Guatemalan beans, over 50 pastries, and specialty cakes — its Chocolate Cream Cheese bread, Sea Salt drinks (teas and coffees topped with a layer of sea salt cream), and Danishes are among the cafe's most popular items.
