Free Rein Coffee, the latest business venture headed up by “Yellowstone” actor Cole Hauser, who plays Rip Wheeler in the famous show, will soon be at all 100 plus HTeaO locations.
This means all of the HTeaO locales will soon all have a best-in-class coffee bar featuring hand crafted coffee and espresso-based drinks featuring Free Rein Coffee's signature blends.
The new best-in-class coffee bars will serve Free Rein brand coffees like American Dirt (dark roast) and Homestead (medium roast) in a variety of drip, latte, and expresso formats. This marks the first time HTeaO has ventured outside of the realm of tea beverages since opening in 2009.
To create more excitement around this newly announced partnership, Hauser himself says he will pay a surprise visit to the franchise that sells the most Free Rein coffee this year.
"I'm excited to be adding 100+ physical locations where coffee lovers can try Free Rein…in particular, my favorite of our blends: American Dirt," Hauser says.
And although Free Rein was launched in October of 2023, the company has a 20-year legacy of roasting and serving coffee via the Decker family in San Angelo, Texas. These roasts were so popular in this area of the Lone Star State, that the Decker’s developed a cult following.
To commemorate this beverage pairing, HTeaO is hosting a kick-off celebration in College Station, Texas, at 815 Wellborn Road on January 20th from noon to 3 p.m. (CST). Coffee and tea fans can stop by this HTeaO location and get a taste of the new Free Rein line-up as well as getting their hands-on other prizes and giveaways.
"With the help of Cole Hauser and the rest of the Free Rein team, we're excited to bring this great coffee to all of our HTeaO Locations," said Heath Nielsen, president of HTeaO. "We chose to partner with Free Rein after we fell in love with their bold[,] yet smooth blends and we know our guests will enjoy them too."
