Melt Ice Creams
You might see a familiar flash of yellow next time you peruse the ice cream aisle at Whole Foods Market.
Pints of MELT Ice Creams are now in the freezers of the major grocery store chain, owner Kari Crowe-Seher announced via Instagram on Tuesday. In an Instagram story, Crowe-Seher said MELT delivered pints to its distributor last week, and this week, they hit the shelves of all 14 Whole Foods locations in DFW.
"I can't believe it," she said in her post. "How long have we been thinking and dreaming about this? It's a dream come true."
It's one of several ways MELT has not only pivoted but expanded during the COVID-19 pandemic, from partnering with local restaurants to sell pints to driving its ice cream truck through Fort Worth neighborhoods.
