Hotel Vin celebrated its opening in Grapevine on Thursday, unveiling luxury guest rooms, a rooftop bar, restaurant, and tasting room — all themed to reflect the city's history in wine.
Located at 215 E. Dallas Road, the 120-room hotel — and soon-to-open Harvest Hall, a European-style food hall set to open in October — is part of the $114 million Grapevine Main development, which also includes the TEXRail station that opened in 2019.
“The Grapevine Main project has been years in the making, and with today’s opening of Hotel Vin, we usher in a new chapter of hospitality for this iconic city,” said Paul Coury, founder and CEO of Coury Hospitality, which owns and operates the hotel. “With its many wonderful events, vibrant food and nightlife scene and family friendly offerings, this one-of-a-kind city has truly become a world-class destination.”
Wine plays a central role in the hotel's theming — guests can enjoy a glass at the Bacchus Kitchen + Bar, Rioja Rooftop Terrace, or the Riedel Room, which features a temperature-controlled wine wall stocked with hundreds of Old and New World classics, as well as a collection of Riedel glassware. The hotel also offers eight meeting rooms with panoramic views of Main Street and the community plaza.
Not yet open is the adjacent food hall, Harvest Hall, which will feature eateries like Arepa, TX; Chick & Biscuit; Easy Slider Texas; Four Sisters – A Taste of Vietnam; Spuntino by Loveria; ZaTaR; and WhistleStop, a coffee shop and market.
“I welcome Hotel Vin as Grapevine’s newest resident and thank Coury Hospitality for its commitment to our city,” said Grapevine Mayor William D. Tate. “I’ve been a part of this community my entire life, and the buzz and demand this project has created is unprecedented, and I know it will be an economic engine for our region. This is a landmark project, and we look forward to welcoming visitors and locals alike here for years to come.”
