Executive Chef Scott Curtis began building his nest in Fort Worth’s heart in 2013 when his retro-chic cafe came to Sundance Square and occupied the two-story, historic Land Title Block building and outdoor patio. The dinner menu at Bird Café includes a wide variety of unique dishes like rabbit pot pie, mango green chile goat queso, tabasco duck legs and pan-fried rainbow trout.
