If there’s a “celebrity chef” in Fort Worth, it’s Jon Bonnell. His namesake restaurant, Bonnell’s Fine Texas Cuisine, opened in 2001 and has built a reputation serving organic Texas steak, wild game and various other dishes. Almost all of its products (beef, produce, cheeses, quail, etc.) are from Texas.
