DaNae Couch graduated from Baylor University’s Honors College with distinction, earning aBachelor’s of English and minor in Public Relations, and she earned her law degree from TexasTech University School of Law. During law school, she was inducted into the Order of theBarrister, a highly selective legal advocacy society.
Ms. Couch concentrates her law practice in the areas of complex civil and commercial litigation, oil & gas, real estate litigation, business torts, probate litigation, civil appeals, contract representation and negotiation, premises liability, and debt collection. She also represents clients in serious personal injury and wrongful death cases. Ms. Couch has successfully represented clients in numerous jury and bench trials, and has argued a wide array of motions at hearings in court. Additionally, Ms. Couch assists individuals with their estate planning needs, including drafting wills, revocable trusts, testamentary trusts, and other related documents. She also represents clients in uncontested and contested probate proceedings.
