J’s Casa Burger began in a gas station. Having grown a lot since then, J’s Casa has specialty burgers like the Hawaiian Burger with pineapple, ham, American cheese, grilled onions, lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise and its “secret sauce.” Or the Mexican Burger — avocado, bacon, grilled jalapenos, grilled onions, white cheese, lettuce, tomato and verde salsa. All the burgers are served on a brioche bun from Metro Bakery in Haltom City.
