- Business Reorganizations: Served as debtor’s counsel or co-counsel in complex chapter 11 debtor cases, including Texas Rangers Baseball Partners, Total Diagnostix Labs, Acis Capital Management, LP, Majestic Liquor Stores, Heartland Automotive Holdings, Inc, Shannon Gracey, Falcon Steel, Cathedral Rock, et.al., and many others including Mirant Energy, one of the largest bankruptcies ever filed in Texas.
- Creditors and Committees: Co-counsel for an Ad Hoc group of bondholders with claims exceeding $700 million, in the Vitro S.A. B. bankruptcy case, co-counsel for the Creditors’ Committee in the bankruptcy case of a large home décor company, and co-counsel for the Creditors’ Committee in the bankruptcy case of four specialized surgical hospitals located throughout Texas.
- Business and Asset Sales: Representation of bank holding companies in 363 sales, including representation of the first bank to bank equity merger in Texas, and representation of a construction and contractor supply company in the purchase of equipment worth $50 million in a 363 sale.
