A Fort Worth staple, Riscky’s began as a grocery store in 1927 before turning into a steakhouse, a burger joint and one of the city’s most beloved barbecue restaurants. And while the ’cue is the main event, the butter beans, cooked with tiny cubes of ham, are a scene stealer.
