Chef Jon Bonnell decided to showcase his love for seafood outside of his already existing restaurant, Bonnell's Texas Cuisine, opening Waters first in the West Seventh corridor before moving to the heart of Sundance Square. While the menu features salmon, lobster tail and vegetarian options, the must-try is the Oysters Texasfeller — fried oysters atop a pool of hollandaise.
