City of Fort Worth
Who among us couldn’t use a little forgiveness, or a lot, for that matter? The city of Fort Worth is offering some this weekend.
The Fort Worth Municipal Court is hosting a Court in the Community/Warrant Forgiveness Event from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday at East Regional Library, 6301 Bridge St.
Fort Worth Municipal Court is a Safe Harbor Court. Anyone who has outstanding citations with the Fort Worth Municipal Court may appear at a municipal court location or Court in the Community event, without fear of arrest for their cases, to resolve their outstanding cases and may be eligible for alternatives such as community service or a reduction in their fine based on ability to pay.
Registration is required. Call the court during business hours at 817-392-6700. Space is limited. Participants must check in between 8-9 a.m.
