Texas Rangers
Globe Life Field
There's hardly a better place to practice your swing than at Globe Life Field.
No, not that swing — we're talking golf this time.
Stadiumlinks is returning to Arlington on Oct. 8 – 9, transforming the Texas Rangers' ballpark into a nine-hole golf course. Essentially, guests tee up from various locations on each level of the ballpark and aim for targets on the playing field. Think Topgolf — but in a baseball stadium.
The event marks Stadiumlinks' fourth visit to Arlington and first visit to the newly constructed Globe Life Field.
“This event gives the public the rare experience of hitting some of the most memorable golf shots imaginable from nine different locations throughout the newest ballpark in Major League Baseball,” Stadiumlinks founder Jon Stephen said in a statement.
Pre-sale tickets for Texas Rangers season ticket members and registered users will be available starting Wednesday, and general public tickets will be available at 11 a.m. Thursday. VIP packages include access to a premium club space with complimentary food and drink, as well as access to the VIP driving range with an extra bag of golf balls to play.
