Mayor Betsy Price is back at work after a two-week bout with COVID-19.
Price, who returned to City Hall on Monday, tweeted that she and her husband, Tom, were "feeling much better and doing great." She had received an antibody treatment called Bamlanivimab at Baylor Scott & White All Saints Medical Center.
Price announced she had tested positive for COVID-19 on Nov. 19, not long after her husband tested positive earlier that week. At the time, she said they had been experiencing mild symptoms.
Price urged the public to "wear our mask, social distance; let's think about our hospital workers and our first responders and what you can do to help them."
"I'm anxious to be right back at it," she said. "You know how hard it is for me to sit still."
