The Crescent Fort Worth mixed-use development in the Cultural District is evolving with a planned second office building at the landmark development between Camp Bowie Boulevard and West Seventh Street.
The eight-floor, 170,000-square-foot Crescent Offices West will arise from a 1.4-acre site Crescent Real Estate used to stage construction of its luxury The Crescent Hotel Fort Worth and Crescent Offices East.

Crescent plans to break ground on the project later this year with completion scheduled for 2026.
“The market demand for best-in-class office space in a luxury, amenity-rich environment is strong, and we are ready to bring the next phase of the project to the city,” Crescent chairman John Goff said in a statement. “Fort Worth, and the Cultural District in particular, continue to shine, and we are excited to be a part of the growth.”
The Class AA office building will be located along West Seventh Street between Van Cliburn Way and Boland Street.
The architect of record is GFF, whose Fort Worth office is located in Trademark’s WestBend development along the University Drive and the Trinity River. Crescent Offices West will be different from Crescent Offices East but “complementary,” according to the Dallas Morning News.
Crescent Offices West will contain two restaurants, a tenant amenity deck, fitness center, and meeting space.

The Crescent Fort Worth mixed-use project opened last year. It includes a luxury hotel, the first ever Canyon Ranch Wellness Club & Spa, 170 luxury residential units and Class AA office space. The Crescent Hotel features 200 luxury hotel rooms, Emelia’s and Blue Room restaurants, the Circle Bar and 8,000 square feet of ballroom and meeting space.
A highly anticipated rooftop lounge, Ralph’s, is expected to open in the next 30 days.
The Crescent Offices East, which, according to the firm, commands the highest office rents in the city, is near capacity after less than a year from opening and only limited move-in ready spec suites ranging from 1,000 to 7,000 square feet remain.
Dallas-based Duro Hospitality (Mr. Charles and Sister) will be opening its first Fort Worth restaurant on the ground floor of the building later this year, according to Crescent.
