Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo
It’s that time of year again when we all have a need to get in touch with our inner cowboy. Of course, this doesn’t apply to any real cowboys or cowgirls reading this article. But for the local few who like to adorn themselves in western wear for the annual Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo, the time to get your boots on is just a few days away.
This year’s stock show will kick off on Saturday, January 14 at 11 a.m. with what is labeled as the world’s largest All-Western Parade. Over 10,000 attendees are expected to watch as thousands of horses, equestrian troops, stagecoaches, and marching bands traverse their way through downtown.
A parade seat ticket is as good as a general admission ticket to the Stock Show grounds on any one day during this three-week event. Reserved seating options are available in Sundance Square for $25. Also, the Convention Center has tickets available for $15. If you purchase through Ticketmaster, you can save your spot by clicking here.
