Hamilton at the Bass Performance Hall
The "Hamilton" Angelica National Tour company
The show goes on for some — but not all — performances at Bass Performance Hall.
With COVID-19 impacting theaters and touring productions across the U.S., Bass Hall announced a revised Broadway at the Bass season, outlining cancellations and rescheduled shows through 2022.
Some of the season's most anticipated performances like "Hamilton," "The Lion King," and "Dear Evan Hansen" remain on the schedule. However, other shows including "My Fair Lady" and "Waitress" have been canceled.
According to Bass Hall, "Come From Away" and "Cats" still have a chance to come to Fort Worth, pending discussions with show producers.
“The challenges and uncertainties around this health crisis have had an enormous impact on all of our communities, and the theatrical community has been uniquely challenged,” Performing Arts Fort Worth president and CEO Dione Kennedy said in a statement. “While our programming has been revised, we look forward to welcoming patrons back to Bass Hall when it is safe and appropriate."
