OK ParaNorman is a movie for kids, but . . . .if you haven't quite accepted that you are a grownup you will love it. A group of my closests friends (this time there were 7 of us) saw the movie at one of the Movie Taverns around. We had a great breakfast and a fun time was had by all. It did not detract that we were the only folks in the theater. (clarification: it was the 9am feature on a Saturday)
Hope Springs - Bitter, Party of one? My experience with trying to save a marriage through counseling sprung a leak! This movie brought back some not so warm and fuzzy feelings. Apologize to those of you who were successful at this. Was also not really comfortable with the pairing of Meryl and Tommy. Love them both in their own right, but not as a married couple. Steve Carell plays the typical soft spoken, unruffled therapist. Boring.
