Well, look no further! This Monday, come out to Billy Bob's Texas and jam to LIVE Texas acoustic country music and raise funds for Cook Children's Newborn Intensive Care Unit. For eight years now, Pickin' for Preemies has been a mainstay at Billy Bob’s. Last year, they raised over $125,000 for their tiniest patients. This year, they hope to do even better with event chair, Allison McKnight at the helm. It is sure to be an awesome party! Expect some surprise guests to perform, as usual!
Although they're nearly sold out of sponsored tables, have no fear, there are plenty of general admission tickets available for purchase at $20 and a few $75 tickets which include dinner. Check out these killer perks below with higher levels of giving.
Well, butter my butt and call me a biscuit, those perks is gooder'n grits. I mean, who doesn't LOVE to hobnob with country music celebrities. Pickin' will feature amazing local artists like Pat Green.
Sonny Burgess, another famous local musician and writer performing at Pickin', is also the Director of Clinical Performing Arts at Cook Children's..which is a fancy way of saying he helps patients heal through music. Sonny is one of those gifted musicians that can lovingly teach and is great with children on top of being a great performer.

This year Pickin' is having a chance drawing!
