
Fun for all and all for fun! Fort Worth's premier entertainment district is proud to announce its 2015 Festival Series, a showcase of six FREE monthly events held from April through September.
Brewfest on Crockett
Back by popular demand is Brewfest on Crockett, a Craft Beer and Music Festival - Saturday, April 18 from 5 to 10 p.m. This 5th annual street festival will offer 8 microbrews from across the U.S. starting at $5 per glass, along with live music from Poo Live Crew and other local bands, great food from West 7th restaurants and retail sidewalk sales. A portion of proceeds from beverage sales will benefit The Parenting Center of Fort Worth.

- Fort Worth's new Panther Island Brewery will be offering on-site beer infusing. Fun to watch – allows avid craft brew fans to try unique blends on-site, straight from the creative brewmaster.
- Fort Worth Fight or Flight – Help The Parenting Center of Fort Worth raise awareness for Child Abuse Prevention Month (April) just prior to Brewfest. Join them at 4 p.m. on Crockett Street as they fold and fly blue paper airplanes. Participants register for $10 to benefit The Parenting Center – and could help achieve a Guinness Book of World Records entry!
Welcome Home Troops Block Party
West 7th's newest festival is the Welcome Home Troops Block Party – Saturday, May 16 from 6 to 10 p.m. Benefiting Honor Courage Commitment, Inc. – a non-profit created to maximize veteran talent by training and positioning returning members of the military to become successful entrepreneurs, business and community leaders – the family-friendly event will celebrate all branches of military service. Highlights include:
- To be erected May 1, a month-long memorial wall will allow West 7th guests to share photos and written tributes to military members and their families. Located in the paseo leading from Crockett Square (located next to Rafain Brazilian Steakhouse) to the parking garage.
- City of Fort Worth Mayor Pro-Tem and District 2 Councilman Sal Espino will acknowledge Fort Worth's strong military history and our appreciation for its presence in our city today. Concludes with presentation by the Navy Honor Guard and singing of the National Anthem.
- Honor Courage Commitment, Inc. focuses on three pillars to position veterans into becoming leader in the private sector who will ultimately create more jobs and programs to support the 240,000-300,000 veterans who transition out of the military each year.
pARTy on Crockett
Returning for the second year is the colorful pARTy on Crockett – Saturday, June 20 from 6 to 10 p.m. Vibrant paintings, lifelike photography, incredible line drawings and multi-dimensional works blend with live music, interactive art, delicious food and drink and more. The event is being planned in partnership with the Fort Worth Community Arts Center, which also runs the Art7 Gallery at West 7th.

- For an EXTRA-sensory experience, purchase a ticket to access the VIP Lounge hosted by and benefiting the Fort Worth Arts Council. Includes private seating in a cool, shaded area, appetizers hosted by West 7th restaurants, VIP drink service and a gift bag filled with goodies from West 7th merchants.
- Three artists bring back the most unique experience of pARTy on Crockett as they collaborate on one massive canvas – feeding off the energy and excitement from the crowd – all while a live band plays background music during the creation of their collective masterpiece. The finished piece will be displayed at the Fort Worth Community Arts Center and available for purchase, with 100% of the proceeds benefiting the Arts Council.

Future West 7th Festival Series events will include Cowboy Palooza on July 18, a Chalk Art Festival on August 15 and the finale as a return of Brewfest on September 12.
Food and wine tastings return with two more Bites & Flights – Sunday, May 3 and Sunday, October 4, both from 2 to 6 p.m. A $25 wristband allows patrons to stroll and sample West 7th restaurant tastings and winery samples from Brennan Vineyards, Lost Oak Winery, Delaney Vineyards and more.
