FiVi's Kitchen
Brunch Burger
The space once occupied by Mariposa's Latin Kitchen is now home to west Fort Worth's newest brunch spot.
FiVi's Kitchen is now open at 724 Locke Ave., serving breakfast and lunch entrées like funnel cake French toast and a brunch burger topped with bacon and eggs. Libations include boozy milkshakes, craft beers on tap, Bloody Marys, screwdrivers, and mimosas; and coffee comes from Segafredo Italian Coffee Roasters, including its popular cold brew.
It's a menu meant to remind diners of their "favorite aunt that would let you do things your parents wouldn’t," Brad Fields, co-owner FiVi’s Kitchen, said in a statement.
"That was our Aunt FiVi," he said. "She was always cooking up things that made us happy or dishes our parents couldn’t make. When we ran across her old recipe book, we were instantly transported back to her kitchen table eating all the fun stuff she made. We wanted to share that same feeling with others.”
FiVi's Kitchen is open 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., seven days a week.
