Firebirds Wood Fired Grill
A national steak chain likely made a wise decision in designating Cowtown as the spot for its first location in Texas, currently being constructed in the northern stretches of Fort Worth.
Ground has been broken on the first Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, to be located at Alliance Town Center in north Fort Worth. The national steakhouse at the intersection of Interstate 35 and Heritage Trace Parkway has plans to open in late 2020.
Bold flavors and seasonal ingredients characterize the menu at Firebirds, and meats are cooked over locally sourced hickory, oak, or pecan wood. Hand-cut, aged steaks and fresh seafood will be complimented by a variety of healthy, hearty salads.
Inside, an open concept space will feature contemporary materials like lighter-colored woods, black brick and exposed steel, floor-to-ceiling windows, abstract artwork, and a Firebirds-signature “FIREBAR” for drinks.
“Fort Worth is Firebirds’ initial entry point into the great state of Texas,” said Firebirds CEO Mark Eason in a written statement. “And we are confident that guests of Alliance Town Center will enjoy our signature take on classic American entrees and warm hospitality.”
