Five Guys Burgers and Fries is the latest company to join the bustling 35-block development with a 2,500 square foot store at 313 Houston Street. The restaurant opened March 8 on Houston Street next to Cabo Grande. Itwill be operated by Monument Restaurants L.L.C. and is housed in a portion of the space formerly occupied by Billy Miner's.
"There is a great demand for hamburger establishments as we have seen in the last couple of years," said Johnny Campbell, president and CEO of Sundance Square. "We wanted to find the perfect product that could operate in an urban format and Five Guys fits that role very well."
Five Guys is known for using only fresh ground beef, only Peanut oil, and their menu is trans-fat free. There are over 250,000 possible ways to order a burger at Five Guys. There are no freezers in Five Guys locations, just coolers. Nothing is ever frozen.The menu focuses on burgers, fries, hotdogs, and sandwiches.
