Maple Branch Craft Brewery
The Foundry District's newest brewery is opening up its gates to the public this weekend.
Maple Branch Craft Brewery — owned by husband-and-wife duo Stuart and Allyssa Maples — will host a soft opening Saturday from 11 a.m. to midnight and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. The 7,000-square-foot brewery will have 12 brews on tap (it will eventually have 24) to pair with German pretzels.
Maple Branch began teasing its brews this past spring around the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, releasing small batches of its owner-brewed beer to the public. All three small batch releases were sold out within 20 minutes of being open.
