A new coffee shop and cafe is now open near Timberland Boulevard and Alta Vista Road.
Gather Cafe & Coffee, located at at 12420 Timberland Blvd., celebrated its grand opening Monday, opening at 6:30 a.m. The restaurant will remain open until 8:30 p.m.
Gather serves a menu that includes sandwiches, salads and soups, as well as entrees like Thyme and Citrus Roasted Chicken, and Wild Mushroom Barley Risotto. The restaurant also serves brunch, with items like Brioche French Toast and Coffee Seared Steak & Eggs, along with a variety of drinks from lattes to teas.
Gather is owned by husband-and-wife team Scott and Morgan Gonzales.
