The Arizona-based Hash Kitchen just announced it will be expanding to six new locations including one here in Cowtown.
This new Fort Worth spot, located at 3240 Tracewood Way, is set to host a grand opening on Friday May 3, as a way of celebrating the brand’s slated three state expansion.
Hash Kitchen made a name for itself in 2015, when it gained widespread popularity for its over-the-top brunch experiences, including the world’s first build-your-own Bloody Mary Bar, according to a release. Fort Worth might be the very first expansion outside of Hash Kitchen’s home of Arizona, but it isn’t the last Lone Star State locale. There two more Hash Kitchen’s set to open in Texas, one in Pearland and one in Webster. These expansions are a results of this restaurant’s first out-of-state location in Draper, Utah, which opened its doors in November 2023 to much fanfare.
Joining forces with the Maggiore Group, the group behind Hash Kitchen, is the Savory Fund who is helping this food concept expand its brand into neighboring states.
“Hash Kitchen is a one-of-a-kind dining experience,” Andrew K. Smith, co-founder and managing partner at Savory Fund told AZ Big Media. “Joey, Cristina and Flora have been incredible partners. We’re excited to grow this out-of-the-box brand and bring that Hash Kitchen charm to Texas and communities all over the country.”
Per the menu, Hash Kitchen in Fort Worth will offer the same cuisine that put it on the culinary map in Arizona, with items that include Herb Fried Chicken & Waffles and Brunch Birria Bao Buns. Don’t forget the Hangover Hash, which includes slow chile-braised beef, jalapeño cornbread along with potato hash and mozzarella, poached eggs, and fried onion rings all served with a demi hollandaise sauce.
Besides building your own Bloody Marys, patrons at the Hash Kitchen will also enjoy some disco décor and DJ booths that will serve up weekly live entertainment.
“It’s amazing to have a concept and menu that I created become a household name,” says Joey Maggiore, chef and co-founder of The Maggiore Group. “Now everyone will see what Hash Hash Baby is all about.”
