La Piazza Ristorante
One of Fort Worth’s top-tier Italian restaurants will reportedly close doors by the end of the month.
La Piazza Ristorante at 2930 Bledsoe St. will shut down at the end of December, according to a report Wednesday morning from the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. The Telegram reports owner Vito Ciraci made the decision with “mixed emotions,” and that it was a “very difficult decision."
Founded in 1991, La Piazza established itself as a premier, upscale dining spot in the city of Fort Worth. The restaurant changed locations twice in its nearly 30 years of business, but never wavered from the top echelon of area eateries.
Ciraci and restaurant staff couldn’t immediately be reached for comment.
