Local food truckapreneur and founder of Taco Heads | Damn. Fine. Tacos., Sarah Castillo, and managing partner Jacob Watson, just announced that they will be launching their first brick and mortar [authentic] taco shop in the revitalized urban neighborhood, South Main Village.
Founder and taco craftsman, Sarah Castillo, born and raised in the Fort Worth's South Side, started her first food trailer out of corrugated metal and cedar wood, brightened by her bright white neon sign, four years ago in September 2010.

“I couldn't possibly think of a better place to open our first restaurant...without wheels. We are excited to be able to offer our current customers service throughout the day and evening [and not just late night behind a loud bustling 7th street bar] and to share the taco heads experience with some new customers. The menu will remain pure, the food honest, and the staff unyieldingly service focused,” said Castillo.
Taco Heads will be proud tenants to warehouse on 119 South Main. SoMa District Developer and building owner, Lori Henderson said, “The future of South Main Village relies on authentic brands with deep roots in North Texas; it only makes sense to partner with Taco Heads because their roots are the deepest in Fort Worth. Not only do they bring real food made by real people, they bring character and a ton of energy. We're excited to move forward with this project.”

Castillo and Watson plan to expand their current menu, adding items such as ceviche, elote, and a larger variety of tacos. There are plans for a full bar, Saturday and Sunday brunch, and rooftop bar that will overlook the downtown skyline.
