The Crescent Hotel Fort Worth
The Blue Room inside of Emelia’s, a high-end restaurant that resides in the newly opened Crescent Hotel Fort Worth, will be hosting its second chef collaboration dinner at the end of April. This event will showcase the culinary talents of legendary Chef Dean Fearing of Fearing’s Restaurant in Dallas, and Emilia’s own Chef Preston Paine.
This chef collab is an exclusive one-night-only event that will take place inside the Blue Room at 6:30 p.m. on the evening of April 30. This culinary showcase will feature a meticulously crafted pre-fixe six course menu, featuring three courses alternated and presented per chef, showcasing the culinary talents of both Fearing and Paine. For those who plan on arriving early there will be some live music featured on the patio at 5:30 p.m.
Tickets for this event can be obtained through Resy, which run $250 per guest, which also includes an optional $100 wine pairing. But don’t sleep on this news, there is limited seating with a current availability of tables that seat parties of four guests only. A waitlist is available under the 'Notify' feature in Resy for parties of other sizes, according to a release.
"We are honored to welcome Chef Dean Fearing to The Blue Room for another extraordinary culinary collaboration," said Jamel Taggart, director of food & beverage at Emilia’s in a statement. "This event promises to be a celebration of culinary creativity and excellence, offering guests an opportunity to savor the unique talents of two esteemed Chefs."
