Thirty of Tarrant County’s finest restaurants are ready to take your reservations for the upcoming 2023 DFW Restaurant Week. This annual event, which officially kicks off on August 7 and ends on September 3rd, will offer three-course prix fixe dinners for $39 or $49, at participating eateries. Some spots will be set up to offer a two-course lunch or brunch menu for $24 or $29.
The best part, besides the food, is for each meal purchased at a Tarrant-area participating restaurant, 20 percent will be donated back to Fort Worth-based nonprofit Lena Pope. This non-profit provides prevention and early intervention services that support child development and improve the behavioral and mental health of children and families, according to a release.
Lena Pope has been the Tarrant County beneficiary of DFW Restaurant Week since 1998, with more than $2.85 million raised from the proceeds of Tarrant County participating restaurants over the past 25 years.Those wishing to participate can find more info by visiting Lena Pope’s new website landing page.
