Old Gringo Boots Fort Worth
Can one have too many boots? The obvious answer is “no.” Can one have too many boot stores? Well, by virtue of the fact that you can’t have too many boots, you certainly can’t have too many boot stores. Options are a must.
Today, Oct. 13, Old Gringo Boots, a boot manufacturing company that handmakes quality leather boots with distinctive style, will open their doors (in a soft open, mind you) to their new store in the Stockyards at 104 E. Exchange Ave., Ste. 305. In case you needed to get your bearings straight, the store is in the Stockyard's Station, which is the building that the train goes thru at the end of Exchange Avenue.
While the company is new Cowtown, they’ve technically been around for over 20 years, and the opening of their first brick and mortar in Fort Worth has been over a year in the making.
This is so fitting to us,” Patricia Simental, operations and accounting manager at Old Gringo, says. “It’s not just about Old Gringo, it’s about being here in Fort Worth.”
Full disclosure: for the magazine’s July cover featured a custom pair of Old Gringo boots that paid homage to everything that makes our city great. You can purchase those boots (also pictured above) here.
Hours of operation will be from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Sunday.
